"My husband and i were thrilled to secure VIP tickets for KK'S Priest as we adore him. Starting with what was great, Jason was fantastic, as were the other artists on the bill. The VIP area and overall experience were wonderful. However, this event was the worst managed by the arena that I have ever attended. There were no clear signs outside indicating where to line up. None of the staff outside could explain why there were two lines or which one we should be in. After finally receiving our passes, no one could direct us to the Acoustic section. We wandered all around the arena and couldn't find where the private event was being held. Inside, there were no signs guiding us in the right direction. The whole experience felt disorganized. I will definitely see KK'S Priest again, but probably not at that venue."
